The very nature of the internet allows for many errors when uploading files. Things like network load, poor network connects or user errors all contribute to problems. The Website Design module will give you warning messages if an error occurs. In most cases, trying to upload the image again will solve the problem.

If the system is resizing your images then you have a couple of options. You can view the image and see if it still looks ok. If you do not like the results, try using a commercial software programming for editing images. The software will allow you to change the colour depths, quality and size so it will fit the upload criteria and then our system will not change it in any way.
